Meet Our Staff

President

Lisa Troost Sottrel is the President of Peter Troost Monument Company and represents the 5th generation of the Troost family monument-making tradition.

Vice President

Patrick O'Neill is the Vice President of Sales and Operations and overseas the sourcing, sales, service and production departments for the entire company.

Regional Manager

Eric Sommerfield is the Illinois Regional Manager and is responsible for sales and operations at our 15 Illinois locations

Senior Designer

Jack Hallihan is one of our many talented memorial designers who can help you tell your story in stone. Jack has been a member of the Peter Troost Monument family for more than 40 years and works with most our large monument and private mausoleum families.

Sourcing Manager

Nicole Quilles is the Illinois Sourcing Manager. She and her team are responsible for ordering all of our granite and compiles the detailed specifications needed to ensure our most complex pieces come out beautifully.

Production

Allison Dolph (standing) is our Hillside Production and Logistics Manager and is assisted by Amy Townsend (seated.) Together they ensure every memorial is beautifully finished and delivered on time.

Design Team

Nick (seated,) Linda and Chris comprise our design team and are the first step in turning your memorial ideas into reality. They take a paper sketch or photograph of the desired memorial and, using CAD software, turn it into something that can be carved in stone.

Stone Carvers

Pictured are our very talented stone carvers that produce all of the memorials for our Illinois locations. Each member of our team has over 30 years of stone carving experience with most of that time spent at Troost. Their skills and ability are unmatched in the industry and together they ensure your memorial is the best it can be.
